Field Trip Programs

The Coastal Experience - The Coastal Experience is NJMSC/NJSG's collection of Marine Science field trips for school aged children. Programs are offered year round and all programs include active, "hands-on" participation in  marine science activities.

All Hands on Deck - Our AHOD field trip puts students aboard commuter ferries for an interactive, fully guided tour of the NY/NJ Harbor.

Scout Programs - NJMSC/NJSG is pleased to offer programs that combine the wonders of the sea with badge requirements.

Summer Field Trips - Each summer, the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium offers opportunities to learn about the ocean, beach, and bay while enjoying a day “down the shore.”
